A gentle, faith-based way for exhausted women to calm their minds and rest again

Is your mind racing the moment your head hits the pillow? Are you living with exhaustion or sleep deprivation, afraid you won’t have the energy to function tomorrow?

Sweet Sleep with Jesus is a faith-based podcast for Christian women who are weary, overwhelmed, and longing to relax into deep, peaceful, and consistent sleep. Through Scripture, night prayer, and gentle sleep meditation rooted in biblical truth, this podcast helps quiet racing thoughts, release anxiety, and restore rest.

Hey, I’m Emem. After years of sleepless nights, fear, and mental exhaustion, God showed me how to take my peace back through His Word. What once felt hopeless became a journey of calm, renewal, and sweet sleep again.

This podcast is a gentle place to land at night—a Christian night prayer space where you can relax your mind, breathe deeply, and remember that peace has already been given to you, even in seasons of exhaustion and sleep deprivation.

In this podcast, you’ll experience:
→ Scripture-based encouragement to quiet racing thoughts
→ Christian night prayer to release worry and anxiety
→ Faith-centered sleep meditation to help your body and mind relax
→ Biblical truth to help you take your peace back
→ Gentle guidance for exhausted women who want rest without striving

Grab your bonnet, your Bible, and your favorite pillow…
and let those anxious thoughts go.

Welcome to Sweet Sleep with Jesus 🤎

If sleep deprivation and exhaustion have started to feel normal, this episode is a loving wake-up call. Maybe you’ve prayed, fasted, believed, and done all the things you know to do… but sleep still feels like a fight. In this Night Prayer Christian episode, I’m inviting you to stop settling for sleeplessness, come out of agreement with the thoughts that say “this is just the way it is,” and come back to the Jesus of the Bible — the One who heals, restores, and gives abundant life. This is not about shame. Jesus loves you, and I do too. But it is time to believe again, relax your heart, and remember that God is still able to do exceedingly abundantly more than you can ask or think. Think of this as more than a sleep meditation. It’s a call to stop partnering with sleeplessness as normal and begin believing God for peaceful, sound sleep again.   Become a Sweet Sleep Insider: If you want to receive restorative encouragement and sleep tips directly in your inbox, I’d love for you to join our inner circle.
